- Team up with our system development wizards to troubleshoot daily network hiccups, ensuring our system infrastructure runs like a well-oiled machine. Your expertise will be crucial in managing, updating, and fortifying our large-scale clusters.
- Take the helm in providing operational services for our cutting-edge cloud security products.
- Be the proactive problem-solver we need! Identify potential issues and vulnerabilities in our production environment, leveraging open-source or in-house operational tools. Quick thinking is key as you address real-time system failures and preemptively tackle potential glitches.
- Dive into the nitty-gritty of shell or Python script executions, troubleshooting any challenges that may arise.
- Be our superhero in resolving a variety of issues—from service failures to system faults, network glitches, and even tackling security attacks—during our day-to-day operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field, with a strong foundation in computer software. Priority given to those experienced in deploying blockchain and public chain environments.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, adept at working under pressure.
- Proficient in Linux operating systems, with a preference for those experienced in Linux kernel tuning.
- Familiar with installation, configuration, and optimization of Windows and Linux systems, along with common services. Knowledgeable about common load balancing implementation solutions, with practical experience in tools like Hpox, Nginx, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
- Capable of independently setting up and operating services, including but not limited to: jumpserver, k8s docker, jenkins, devops, wayne, VPN, LDAP.
- Ability to independently set up tool services, including but not limited to: gitlab, yapi, confluence, jira.
- Familiarity with operating systems, operations-related technologies, including operations automation, virtualization, monitoring, container technologies, etc. Proficient in writing Shell or Python scripts.
- Knowledgeable in server hardware installation and tuning. Proficient in troubleshooting various service failures, system failures, network failures, security attacks, etc., during the operations process, and capable of responding promptly.
